Elemental Formula PLUS Added Whole Protein

The ElementGold Plus⁺ range adds whole protein to the free-form amino acid blend to provide a higher level of protein for muscle maintenance. ElementGold Plus⁺ Vegan Unsweetened Chocolate contains protein isolated from rice.

Unsweetened Chocolate Flavouring

Some gastrointestinal conditions mean avoiding sugars is ideal and so ElementGold Plus⁺ Vegan Unsweetened Chocolate has no added sweetener. Most people will want to add a suitable sweetener, such as stevia, for taste reasons. If you are not sure about what sweeteners are suitable for your situation, check with a relevant healthcare professional.

A Serve of ElementGold Plus⁺

A standard serve of ElementGold Plus⁺ Vegan Unsweetened Chocolate is made by mixing, shaking or blending (on low speed) 100 g of powder with 250 mL of cold water and up to 15mL of oil as a fat source.

Adding milk, fruit, honey or others foods to ElementGold may enhance the taste but it will no longer be considered an elemental food. Consume each shake immediately or cover and refridgerate, discarding unused portions after 4 hours.

How Many Serves?

A standard serve of ElementGold Plus⁺ Vegan Unsweetened Chocolate provides 2120 kJ (~507 kcal) of balanced nutrition including 540 kJ (~130 kcal) contributed by adding 15 mL of oil as a fat source.

The amount of serves required is based on energy of the food ElementGold Plus⁺. As an example, replacing 6,000 KJ of regular food would require 3 standard serves (6,360 KJ).

Note that as with all food, on some days you may be more hungry than others and require more or less serves.

A 1 kg tub of ElementGold Plus⁺ Vegan Unsweetened Chocolate contains 10 x 100g serves.
